Who would have thought that a rained out engagement session could end so perfectly?! I met Sarah & Dylan on top of a parking deck on a sunny Sunday in uptown Charlotte ready to capture their engagement portraits! They’re huge Panther’s fans so the location couldn’t have been more perfect…except for when a huge storm throws a wrench on our plans! Thankfully, Dylan had the best solution to our rain problem.

Dylan’s family owns Pasta & Provisions here in Charlotte and they just opened a new store in uptown, not 5 minutes from the stadium. So when he suggests that we finish the engagement session there, I immediately loved the creativity and uniqueness of the idea! They sipped beer, made pasta and cuddled together in the window. He even cut up some fresh pasta for me to photograph her ring in! These two laughed and joked their way through the whole session, and by the end of it, I felt like close friends of theirs and got even more excited for their fall wedding!
